Cedar Valley Arts Festival 5K & 10K

🎉 Join the Tradition!

Please join us for the annual running (60 years for the Arts Festival by the way!!) of the Cedar Valley Arts Festival 5K & 10K Road Race! Once again held in beautiful Peek Park located at 607 N. College St. in Downtown Cedartown, GA. This is a flat and fast course that follows paved public roads (closed during the race of course!) along a very scenic and private lake on a historic route throughout downtown Cedartown.

💼 Beneficiary Information

Proceeds from the race go to benefit the Cedartown Junior Service League Endorsed Projects as well as Local high school scholarships (including for Cedartown and Rockmart High Schools).

🏃‍♂️ Race Certification

BOTH the 5K and the 10K are Certified Peachtree Qualifiers! (5K USATF Certification# GA13100WC & 10K USATF Certification# GA19004WC.)

🎊 Post-Race Activities

After the race, plan to hang around for the 60th Annual Arts Festival which opens at 10:00 AM with tons of vendors, food, and entertainment for the whole family!

📅 Race Details and Logistics

• Date: Saturday, April 26th 2025
• Start Time: 8:00 AM for both 5K & 10K
• Wheelchair Athletes: Start at 7:30 AM, option to select 5K or 10K
• Registration Fees: 5K: $30, 10K: $35 (Race-Day: 5K: $40, 10K: $45)

🏅 Awards

Awards will be presented at approximately 9:30 AM in the Peek Park Amphitheatre.

Unique engraved medallions will be given to Top 3 overall Female and Male Runners, and the Top overall Female and Male Masters Runner(s).

🎖️ Age Group Awards

Age Group Medals will be given to the top 3 in each age group as follows:

• Categories: 10 & under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75 & over

🅿️ Parking Information

Parking will not be available on the course, as it will be roped off. Parking will also be limited in Peek Park. Most runners will find parking near the course on the sides of N. College Street.

📦 Pre-Race Packet Pick-Up

Pre-Race Packet-Pick-Up will be held Friday April 25th from 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM next to the Finish Line located in Peek Park, Look for the tent next to the Playground! Peek Park Street Address is 607 N. College St., Cedartown, GA.

• Email Communication: Times and locations will be communicated via email to those runners that are pre-registered.
• Weather Policy: This is a Rain or Shine event.
• Refund Policy: Given the charitable nature of the event, there are no refunds available.
