💚 Mental Health Awareness

• Dedication: The Capital City Race is dedicated to Mental Health Awareness and is in memory of Jared Palmer, who lost his life to mental illness in November 2021.
• Routes: There are multiple routes available, including 5k, 10k, and 1/2 Marathon courses showcasing numerous landmarks around the Capital City.
• Start Time: This event will start at the Jefferson City Capitol at 7:00 AM.
• Participation: Come out and walk, jog, or sprint with us and celebrate Mental Health Awareness!

📝 Registration Details

• Cost: Registration cost varies depending on your race selection.
• Included: Registration includes one t-shirt, bib, and swag bag!
• Pre-Packet Pickup: Pre-packet pick-up will be held on May 9, 2024 from 4:00-6:00 PM at The Linc, 1299 Lafayette St, Jefferson City, MO 65101.
• Same Day Pickup: Same day packet pick up and registration will start at 5:30 AM the day of the race.

🎉 Post-Race Celebration

• Music & Fun: Join us after the race for some music & fun!
• Food Vendors: Local food vendors will be joining us to have food for purchase after the race!
