Race Details
- Long-standing Tradition: Join Flagstaff's oldest race, and the 2nd oldest half marathon in Arizona, sponsored by Kinney Construction Services.
- Commemorative Medal: All half marathon participants will receive a finisher's medal similar to last year’s design.
- Participant Perks: Both half marathon and 5K participants will receive a $34 Sweatvac Hi-Tech colorful long-sleeved shirt, free digital race photos, and admission to the FREE August 7th Fratelli's pre-race pizza party.
- Kid's Dash: Participants will also receive a medal.
Course Information
- Scenic Route: The course starts at Thorpe Park and climbs onto Observatory Mesa, offering spectacular views of the San Francisco Peaks.
- Elevation: The race starts at 6957 ft and reaches 7731 ft near the 7.5 mile mark.
- Pacing Advice: Most climbing occurs in the first 1.25 miles: participants are advised to pace themselves, especially those from lower elevations.
- 5K Course: The 5K will also take place on Observatory Mesa.

- Fundraiser: New for this year, a split the pot fundraiser will be hosted.
- Flagstaff Running Series: The race is part of the 22nd annual Flagstaff Running Series package of five iconic races.
